Overcoming the Fear of Failure

Justin believes that the courage one can muster to overcome the fear of failure is a muscle that can be built through practice. Practice coupled with the right mindset of digging for lessons every time you experience a failure, or understanding that it is there to better you and ultimately lead to some sort of success.
