View from the Summit

Do you wait for an occasion before you give the most important woman in your life something special?  

I personally love giving my wife, Robin, flowers, not only when we have something to celebrate but any day. I always want to make her feel that she is important and loved, just because! 

It’s finally beginning to look like spring in the south. After numerous ‘false starts’ this year, new and vibrant life is emerging all around! Everything is either growing or dying. Neutral and ‘fine’ is not a state to live in. This is THE time. Almost always, we think we have more opportunities, chances or the next day. Even when we’re blessed with healthy lives, next thing you know, it’s gone in the blink of an eye.

I recently got pretty fired up about some parenting issues involving kids using technology devices too much. I’ve calmed down now, but the reason I was so adamant about the dangers of technology is because I’m passionate about our kids.
