What do you want? What is it in life that you want? What is it that you want to accomplish? Your expectations could be unrealistic and that could be the reason you are having some issues - it could be some relationship issues or business issues.

Your business is not the problem. You are the problem

We need to have that determination. We need to have that grit for us to succeed in our business. Don't get stuck in doing just one thing or two and just give up if things are getting bleak. Explore and try.

How 30 minutes can change your marriage

It is pertinent to decompress after a long and tiring day. It would be best to give yourself a breather, give yourself a 30-minute break once you get home and before putting on your "daddy or husband hat". But always look after your spouse's well-being as well. Do the same with your spouse. Give and take. Take time in allowing your spouse to have his/her own breather time. You will see that doing so will make a big difference.
