I was thinking what advice could I give maybe some of the people that follow us that would help them in 2020.
I could sit here with the list of best wins, things not to do, things to d, the best books that I've read this year and some of the strategies or hacks or tips or I
could do all those things.
But I want to talk to you just for a minute about something that I didn't find out about until about twenty twenty-five years ago.

How about a victor attitude? Do you have it?
We need to have the attitude of "We can do this we will figure this out. Whatever it takes I'm gonna make it happen.", every single time.

While I was on my way in to my office, I started thinking about what it meant to keep your word.
You know, every thing is built on your word(s).
I'd like to ask you today...to do an evaluation of yourself. Do you keep your word? Were you able to deliver what you have promised to your kids? How about what you have said to your wife/husband - the things you said that you are going to fix?

What I found out, the areas that I fell short was compassion and empathy. We need more compassion. We need more empathy in our lives.
I encourage you to take the time and do a self evaluation and see where you can grow in these areas as a leader.Am I being the father. Am I being the person in our community or Am I being the leader that is showing compassion and empathy for others? I think it will pay us huge dividends as we go along the way.
