If we would do business like the way athletes play sports, we would WIN! Hands down! We need to set boundaries. We need to have accountability. We need to have a coach. We need to have a referee. We need to be aware of the lines. We also need to have the sabbath.

We get really messed up sometimes only thinking about growth.
Growth of the business itself -growth by expanding, being bigger and better. But we need to be serving the ones that we are with!
The ones that we made promises to a year or 2 ago. The best way for us to grow is serve the one that you promised that you will take care of them.

Listen, we spend so much time criticizing! You know what we do? Our meals not right at the restaurant and first thing we say, "Hey! Bring me the manager!" and you complain. And when that steaks is delicious, how of you say, "Hey! I want to see the manager! Man, let me just tell you right now that steak was unbelievable and the customer service her is impeccable!" I promise you guys that will get you a lot further than complaining about your meal if you will reachout and tell people what great service they do.
