Choose what you talk about with your family, choose what you talk about in your community and in your business. We can elect to do better. Take a leaders approach. We're all geniuses in hindsight. We look back and we say we should have done this and we should have done that but in the heat of the moment we make an emotional decision - quite honestly, it will cost you handsomely if you're not careful.
I just want to encourage you guys right now to think about this market - that we're facing a lot of uncertainty. A lot of emotion out there. Be careful in this market that we're in right now because the decisions are made emotionally and not data-driven. There is buying opportunities out there right now I get it and there's also a time that we could go lower and you're gonna go well. Make an intelligent decision and not an emotional decision and it will pay huge dividends for you along the way.

The message is is that we've got to sacrifice things today for the greater good later.
Dads, listen up. If you're not taking the time that you need to to pour into your sons or your daughters, I want to encourage you today to take that time because later on when they're young men and young women they're gonna have this great aspiration to do good for themselves as well and then they're going to take the time to listen.
