If you are not obsessing over customer service….you are missing the mark! If you are not going to take care of your customer, somebody will take care of them!
You have got to look out for the people that's providing your income and your living.
The people you're serving you've got to take care of them.
Leaders you've got to be training your people to take care of the customers. Let me tell you why….

We usually favor or give time and attention to our friends and extended families. But how intentional are you in showing your love to those who are really close to you?
