Life is about the journey. It’s not just about the pentacle. It's not just the summit, whatever that is for you. We're not spending the time, the effort and the energy with our families. Quit worrying about how long it takes you to get there. It’s called living life! It’s not all about the speed. It’s all about the relationships! Enjoy the journey!
"If you scale on relationships as much as we’re trying to scale our business, you have more money than you know!" - Aaron Walker

We need to stay in our lane. My question to you today is, do you have Frank Zappa and Led Zeppelin on the stage or do you have the Nashville symphony? Who is it playing? Is it an organized chaos or do you have a business where everybody stays in their lane and doing their thing?

How are you making your products remarkable? How are you standing out? I'd like you to think thru what you do today. What is it that you are doing that is remarkable? Is it for a tribe? Is it for everybody? As what Seth Godin had said, "Do things that matter for people who care. And really have a tribe, have an audience."

I just want to tell you the day to be careful when you're passing judgment on anyone. You can't tell! You just have no idea! First of all, we shouldn't be treating people differently just based on what we can get out of them anyway. We should treat everyone equal. I want to encourage you today to think through your business. Think through the people that you're dealing with on a regular basis. Just start thinking about how you treat people. Are you guilty of that? I know, I know I'm guilty of it in the past and I have to work hard on not making any judgments based on their appearance or what they say or how they act. We need to be treating everybody equal in everything that we do. So I just wanted to throw out that quick reminder to you today, if you've been guilty of that, hey, don't do it! I even have to work on it. Today you see somebody all dressed up driving a fancy car and you make assumptions and we just don't know what's going on in the background.

If you have lost someone, there’s a time we need to grieve but there’s a time to pick yourself up and move move on. There are people around us - - - our spouse, children (and grand children, if you have any) who are being cheated as a result of you not moving on do the things that you regularly do - things that you enjoy and love doing.
My encouragement to you today is, or my question to you is, don't you think it's time to move on? I mean isn't it time whatever that is, whether it's a business loss, I don't know maybe it's a relationship that went bad, maybe it was a divorce, maybe it was a financial crisis, maybe you were bankrupt or you keep kicking yourself and blaming yourself. Well guys listen, primarily I'm talking to you men, we have people counting on us and depending on us and we have responsibilities to our family first of all. Your family may be tired of you wallowing in your sorrows - pick yourself up and MOVE ON!
