No automation or whatsoever can take the place of personal engagement and encouragement. Reach to a person and be an encouragement. That person might be needing it. Now, go out and reach out to someone!

It is pertinent to decompress after a long and tiring day. It would be best to give yourself a breather, give yourself a 30-minute break once you get home and before putting on your "daddy or husband hat". But always look after your spouse's well-being as well. Do the same with your spouse. Give and take. Take time in allowing your spouse to have his/her own breather time. Grab the book Profit First: Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine by Mike Michalowicz. The thesis of the book is you need to pay yourself first - it is an accounting system that you go through to implement. It's kind of like a digital envelope system, kind of like what Dave Ramsey teaches in the envelope system but you do it digitally. This book radically changed my personal life. If I hadn't have done implemented the concept found in the book, I might not have been prepared financially to have the cash reserves that we've got in order to go through this trying season.
