Would you know what happens when you give to others anonymously?
I encourage you, this year, before the year ends, do something amazing for others. Do something brilliant for the people in your community? Do it anonymously!

Everybody matters. Every sing person matters. But what we do as entrepreneurs and business owners, we’re always thinking about the next best for us as an individual.
I want to tell you, if you’ve got one employee or 400 employee, whatever the case may be, if you’ll do this little tip, I promise you that person will eventually will run through a wall for you. They will do anything you want because you are interested in them. You are helping them accomplish their goals, dreams, tasks. Have an intimate relationship with your employees. Start asking questions about their children, spouse, where they live and how you can help them obtain that nicer house or a better car.
It doesn’t take that much human interaction to really make a huge difference in the lives of other people. Ans the tip for the day is this - do you care?

We're all geniuses in hindsight. We look back and we say we should have done this and we should have done that but in the heat of the moment we make an emotional decision - quite honestly, it will cost you handsomely if you're not careful.
I just want to encourage you guys right now to think about this market - that we're facing a lot of uncertainty. A lot of emotion out there. Be careful in this market that we're in right now because the decisions are made emotionally and not data-driven. There is buying opportunities out there right now I get it and there's also a time that we could go lower and you're gonna go well. Make an intelligent decision and not an emotional decision and it will pay huge dividends for you along the way.

This has been an age-old battle and it happens relentlessly throughout all stages of life.
I want to tell you one of the things that I think my parents did a wonderful job on. I didn't think so at first but once once I've gotten a little bit older I fully realized why my mom and dad took this approach when I turned 18 years old. I was still living at home and my mom came to me one day and she said. “Listen. starting today you're 18 years old. You're a young man, you're gonna start paying rent. We don't need the money but you need the experience you need to practice.” And I'm like man, “This is I don't like this like. This is a terrible thing.” But later in life I come to realize that there's a time to kind of cut the strings. There's a time that you go out on your own and you become the man that God called you to be.
Here's the thing that I see happening over and over and over. Parents today are enabling their adult children. When you are enabling your adult child, you're not doing them any favors.
