We usually favor or give time and attention to our friends and extended families. But how intentional are you in showing your love to those who are really close to you? Your spouse, your kids, your grandkids? We do something in our family that I would like to share with you, I am telling, it brings our closeness to the next level. I encourage you to do the same.

Guys, if you got kids today or teenagers who have gone astray, I'd like to encourage you to do what my friend did. Constantly tell them how much you love them regardless what they have done. We do not need to give up easily as parents. We need to do every single thing that we could possibly do in our human ability in order to win that child back!

What do kids need today from their dad? There is nothing replaces the father saying to their son/daughter, "Hey! I am so proud of you! I am glad you are in your life!"....and do so on and so forth. Make them feel they are important!
Make them feel that you need them! Talk to them.
Ask their opinion.

Stop shutting down someone else's story/moment. I just want to encourage to let people's story be their story. Be genuinely interested to their story. Listen to their story. Doing so, you will become a real friend.
