There'a a lot of areas of our life that we procrastinate about. And we always say that's how I am. But we have to stop. Procrastination is a bad thing.
It's affecting you and the people around you. It's rude. It's selfish.
Saw a sign before: "Your procrastination does not dictate an emergency for me."
Quit saying I am a procrastinator! Don't claim and own that.
Stop procrastinating!
Get out there today and say "I am going to own it! I am not doing it anymore because I am tired of disrupting other people's lives and I am tired of disrupting my life. So, today forward, I will procrastinate no more!"

Have you taken an inventory of yourself?

Think about who you are, what you watch, who you talk to, who you surround yourself with. As Jim Rohn say, you are an average of the five people you spend time with.

Just sit there, think about who your closest friends are and take a personal inventory.

This is scary, I am telling you.
