I'll Stay Just The Way I Am. The Truth Is, It's Too Difficult To Change.

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 17, 2017 5:13:00 AM

What is it in your life that you see too difficult to change?

I am not asking anybody to change your personality. But there are things in life that you need to change to be successful, to be that guy that encourages, to take that opportunity to change somebody's life through words of affirmation and encouragement.

There are things in life we need to change and give up but instead of changing, we want people to adapt the way you do things, the way you see the world, the way you want to do it!

Truth is, there are a lot of selfishness in us today. We don't want to change because we want it our way.

We have to be willing to listen, adjust, turn, sway, bend a little bit. We need to evaluate our life and be a little more pliable. It's hard to change but we can do it. Don't be that grumpy guy that says "It's just the way I am!"

Go to heights that you never dream possible as a result of altering, changing and pivoting!

It Will Be Much Better To Be Proactive Than Reactive

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 5, 2017 5:00:00 AM

Have you been in a situation that you wanted to throw up, sick in your stomach because you're not addressing an issue right away though you know you should?

I am encouraging you today to deal with it, whatever it is. It is not going to get better. It is going to get worse. Not only it will get worse, your creativity will be squelched. You won't be able to think of anything but that situation.

Most of the time, it's not as bad as you make it in your mind. It could even be the best thing that will ever happen to you and the other person.

It's better to be proactive rather than reactive, regardless of what you are dealing with.

What Is Your Leaky Faucet?

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 1, 2017 5:01:00 AM

Last year, there was a leaky faucet outside the hydrant. It was dripping and I kept saying I'll fix that next week. Then, the weather went crazy cold and I still have not fixed it and I guess you know how that turned out.

I thought about how that equates to our personal lives. We keep having that mentality "I'll take care of it later."

What decisions are you making today that are going to affect you adversely 30, 60, 90 days from now? I want to encourage you today, take an inventory.

How To Build My Own Inspirational Stories

Posted by Aaron Walker on Apr 29, 2017 6:00:00 AM

We always talk about being inspirational, making money, being successful but my question is what are you doing that's going to last?  What are the little things you can do for your loved ones? What can you do for your children?

It's not the money but the effort and energy you take to do things that are meaningful.

My question to you, if you are in an event and they asked you to share your story, do you have a story?

Do you have things to share to encourage? Not to boast. Not to brag. But to encourage other people to do things for people you love.

I want to encourage you to get outside of your comfort zone. Sometimes it's difficult.

Think.

What can I do for my loved ones that is going to be impactful? That is meaningful?

It doesn't have to cost a lot of money. People use that excuse all the time. We get so entrapped with making money, getting the house paid for, whatever.

We have loved ones that need our attention! And we got to do things that are important for them. So today, my question, what are you going to do for your loved ones that will have an impact for generations to come?

Post them here, I'd love to hear them!
