This is something that I've been thinking about the past couple weeks. Not a lot over the past several months but a lot in the past few weeks.
I'm just like everyone else, you know. I want to lose a few pounds, I want to read a few more books, I want to make a little bit more money, we want to grow our business a little bit further.
But I started thinking about the bigger picture. I want to be an influencer I want to be a guy that makes a difference. But the thing that holds us back I think the most is that we're afraid of what other people will think. We're afraid of conflict. In anybody's life now I think that we should be diplomatic how we present things but I think that we need to take a position in whatever it is you stand for to be an influencer.

The message is is that we've got to sacrifice things today for the greater good later.
Dads, listen up. If you're not taking the time that you need to to pour into your sons or your daughters, I want to encourage you today to take that time because later on when they're young men and young women they're gonna have this great aspiration to do good for themselves as well and then they're going to take the time to listen.

It is not clarity you are looking for. It is safety and security.
I think many of you today know exactly what you need to be doing but you're like, "If it was a sure thing, if I was going to make money, if I wasn't gonna put my family in jeopardy, if I wasn't gonna do any of those things without a doubt I would do that." Well, really, don't you think it's the safety and the security that you're searching for and not necessarily the clarity?
There is no assurance out there. There's no sure deals out there at all.
