Listen, we spend so much time criticizing! You know what we do? Our meals not right at the restaurant and first thing we say, "Hey! Bring me the manager!" and you complain. And when that steaks is delicious, how of you say, "Hey! I want to see the manager! Man, let me just tell you right now that steak was unbelievable and the customer service her is impeccable!" I promise you guys that will get you a lot further than complaining about your meal if you will reachout and tell people what great service they do.

Does your interest exceed your commitment?

Does your interest level outweigh or exceed your level of commitment? I know you're interested but how committed are you? Are you willing to take the time and certain energy and the resources and put into it each and every day in order to obtain your goals? Or is your interest level just at a point where you'd like to have it but you're not willing to put the work in to get it?

We need to have that determination. We need to have that grit for us to succeed in our business. Don't get stuck in doing just one thing or two and just give up if things are getting bleak. Explore and try.
