How do you view family? Is it a meaningful relationship overshadowed with love and compassion? Or, is it an agonizing experience filled with criticism, dishonor and rebellion? 

• Where else but family can you go to talk about the difficult things - where nothing is "taboo"?
• Family is the place where kids can ask tough questions and get honest answers... like, "I don't know, go ask your mother."
• Family is the place where a husband and wife can be vulnerable AND totally accepted just as they are.
• Family should be the place where people are treated like friends

Being a "Christian Business Coach" really is about defining what is at the core of my coaching and business decisions. It's about clarifying that I follow Biblical advice and guidance in all areas of my life - including helping others in the business coaching process.

Walking Among Giants:

As I wrote in my recent post 6 Reasons Why I LOVE My Mastermind Group  I have had the priviledge and honor to be in a mastermind group with some of the nations most successful authors, speakers, entreprenurs and businessmen.

One of those men is Dave Ramsey. Dave is changing the world with his simple message of personal responsibility and common sense.
